Gutsy Thread’s Return and Exchange Policy
At Gutsy Threads we are committed to making you feel (and look) your absolute best! Items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to guarantee product quality. All sales are final. The customer assumes the responsibility of the purchase. Refunds and cancellations are not offered. Returns and exchanges are offered subject to the specifications detailed below (all specifications must be met entirely).
a. Returns and exchanges are offered at the sole discretion of Gutsy Threads, LLC.
b. Sizing charts are available per product for convenience. If questions regarding fitting are still present, please feel free to contact us through social media or email for assistance prior to purchase to ensure satisfaction. We want you to look stunning in our pieces!
c. The inquiry for returns and exchanges must be submitted within seven (7) days of the delivery of the item(s), as stated by the shipping carrier, restrictions apply.
d. To be eligible for a return or exchange, item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must be compliant with the following: no stains, no rips, buttons must be intact (not loose or missing), no stretched elastics or fabrics, no stinks, not washed.
e. Item(s) to be returned must include the original tag(s).
f. If product was purchased as one (1) item, but includes multiple pieces or accessories (example: top with fabric belt, bottom with belt, etc.), all parts must be exchanged and included in shipment for further action.
g. Products marked as sale (discounted price or offer) are final. Returns and exchanges are not available, no exceptions.
h. Accessories sold by Gutsy Threads are final. Returns and exchanges are not available, no exceptions.
Returns and Exchange Procedure:
For returns or exchanges, please submit the request to gutsythreads@gmail.com through the "Contact Us". The following information must be included in the email: Number of the order, picture of the item, reason for the return/exchange request. Once approved for a return/exchange and the return address has been offered by Gutsy Threads, the customer has 5 days to ship the item(s) and send the tracking number through the email thread. Once shipment is received by Gutsy Threads, the item(s) will undergo a thorough inspection and further decisions will be communicated through email. Refunds are not offered, instead Gutsy Threads offers store credits. The value of the credit will be equal to the value of the product (shipping costs are non-refundable; shipping cost for initial purchase is not credited). Exchanges are subject to availability of the product.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable and should be covered by the customer in the case of returns (sending item back to Gutsy Threads) or exchanges (sending items back to Gutsy Threads / receiving replacement).
Disclosure: If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receival of the item(s) and can’t proceed with returns/exchanges unless item is received.
Other Returns:
Incorrect shipment: If you receive a product that does not correspond to your order, Gutsy Threads will be covering shipping costs for return of the item received and new shipment.
Incorrect address: Please ensure the address provided at checkout is accurate. If the address is incorrect or insufficient, the shipment of the order will be returned by the carrier to our address. The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once correct address is updated. If shipping address changes during processing time, please contact Gutsy Threads for proper update prior to shipment.
Damaged or lost goods: Gutsy Threads is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Our Gutsy Gals are willing to assist with confirming, upon request, the following information: day and address of delivery, tracing information, and carrier contact for further investigating on the customer’s behalf.
